Work is performed according to the agreed scope, deliverables, assumptions and timing. Changes or additional requirements may require a revised estimate or quote.
Technical support starts from $30/hour. Fixed-price and project work is quoted based on scope. Applicable price, payment timing and any deposit requirements should be confirmed before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, access and materials reasonably required for delivery.
Domains, hosting, email platforms, plugins, APIs, SaaS products and other suppliers are third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies and security are outside Tech Done Easy's direct control.
Material scope changes may affect price and timing. New requirements are confirmed before additional work proceeds.
Refund treatment depends on the engagement and work already performed and should follow the applicable quote or agreement.
The applicable quote or engagement agreement should identify what deliverables are transferred and what remains pre-existing, third-party or licensed material.
Tech Done Easy cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services, networks, platforms or systems outside its control.
